Model No. 15A:- The main objective of the project is designing an automatic washing machine for programmable sequential switching of motors using embedded system based micro controller concept. The development of this application requires the configuration of microcontroller architecture that is the selection of the machines, and writing debugging of the application program. In this project, the clock plays an important role, where it is used in the following mode ie, the set mode, auto mode and manual mode for controlling different machines. In set mode, through the digital clock the machinery will run based on/off and on time where as in auto mode they will run by default settings and finally in the manual mode the real-time systems. The power supply consists of a step down transformer 230/12V, which steps down the voltage to 12V AC. This is converted to DC using a Bridge rectifier. The ripples are removed using a capacitive filter and it is then regulated to +5V using a voltage regulator 7805 which is required for the operation of the microcontroller and other components. The PolyPhase converter can be controlled by either voltage or current mode control scheme. With voltage mode control, the active current sharing is achieved with a complicated external current sharing loop, which is usually slower than the inner voltage feedback loop. With current mode control, such as implemented in the LTC3731 or LTC3850, the current sharing can be implemented very easily with its fast current loop.

8 bit ALU

This is an 8-bit ALU that I created by connecting two 4-bit ALUs together. There are 48 plus a few more operations available (I don't know how to use the comparators). There are 16 logic functions and 32 arithmetic operations. Components used (excluding the voltage regulator): 2x 74LS181 - 4-bit ALU 1x 74LS04 - Hex Inverters 2x 8 position DIP switches 1x 4 position DIP switch 1x 2 position DIP switch 9x LEDs (1 Green, 8 Red)
