Standalone / bare bones Arduino w/program (using a 5V switching power supply)

Basic electronic components to support your Arduino-programmed ATMega chip + blinking LED. Note: I used a 5V switching power supply...if you don't use a switching one, you need capacitors and a voltage regulator too!
