The Storm Patrol is building a UAV this is one of many videos that document the build. In this video i show you the voltage regulator circuit for the 2.4GHz wireless video camera. This is based on the LM317 regulator 2 resistors and 2 capacitors. Check out www.thestormpatrol.com for updates.
