LM317T Voltage Regulator with Pass Transistor

Revised now have sorted power out the cheep way Old alarm box voltage & charge regulator and a 12v Battery got from boot sale for a £5.00 Also I have made a no wire transfer from turbine so no wire tangle as it spins round Made out of brass water pipe and a cut bit plastic pipe bit p38 car filler. any question please ask
