This is a PIC-controlled DC Fan rpm regulator with an intelligent automatic duty cycle micro adjusting cycle. The circuit will always make sure that the fan rotates with he preselected speed by receiving rpm feedback from the fan and micro-adjusting the duty cycle automatically
