NEED HELP!!! PLEASE READ!!!! i bought this bike a few months ago and have been using it just to get around, the bike is now starting to become a pain.. its had a few problems starting up so i've replaced the battery and spark plug, i have now noticed when i come to traffic lights or at any point the bike is idling the lights flicker? is this because i need a new voltage regulator? the reason i believe it is the voltage regulator is because the new battery is struggeling to hold charge even after being for a long run! the fuel is also not reaching the engine efficiently as the fuel filter is almost always empty.. please notify me if you can help me with these issues. thanks
