www.denlorstools.com European style alternator pulleys (like Bosch alternators on VW, BMW and other makes) designed with a clutch built in, requires a specialty tool to remove and swap the pulley over to the replacement alternator. The short video shows how to use the SX 400 spline tool kit to properly remove the free wheeling pulley.

0 comments Posted by shopping-team at 2:15 AMThe VariCool Mod Box Review made by SmokTek.com which I call the forgotten Mod Box. This is a super light plastic mod box that is economical in size, and price with working excellent with most ohm attachments. Has a 5 amp button, 3 amp switching regulator, 3.3-6.5 volt output with no heat build up. Up to 95% efficient use of battery energy means longer life, a inside thumb wheel concealed voltage trimmer marked at 3.8 and 5v that is easy to adjust, uses two Li-Ion 14500 batteries, Red LED indicator light, Black 3xAA ABS resin battery box - dimensions: (2-3/4" x 1-7/8" x 5/8") Just Loving this Mod Box (September 27, 2012) I have now have tested all 3 types of 14500 battery's in the VariCool Mod for me using my daily habits of vaping with a 2.2 carto using 4.25 volts all day, and the Winner is the TrustFire Flames 900 mah which lasted me 12 Hours plus, AW black 750 mah 6 hours, and the AW IMR 600 mah 4 hours. This will vary with every user to some degree since there are a lot of variables like the atty ohms, volts used, and frequency of use. This is a simple science project style demonstration, on how a motor can be a generator. I am using a DC motor that I salvaged out of a Wal Mart toy scooter. It is a permanent magnet motor, and very efficient as a generator. If you were to put a regulator and a DC to AC inverter with it, you could get a usable amount of electricity.
