LM317T Voltage Regulator with Pass Transistor

Test flight of a backup FPV twin boom all weather camera plane. Used the video gear from the original Grey Ghost including the antiquated ACT-Labs Black Box OSD. The airspeed pitot isnt installed and the altimeter wasnt set, I was overloading the voltage regulator it would only give me 10-11 volts. I think I will eliminate the black box osd all together. This is a mix of two flights, the first one I was staying just below the cloud deck, the last one the rain started coming down pretty good so I landed quickly. No gear got wet, the camera in the nose is siliconed good. During the landing you can see the big drops starting to fall.
