LM317T Voltage Regulator with Pass Transistor

Remember that car electrical systems generally produce a little higher voltage of around 13.6V - 14.7V which can generate amperage a little bit better than the ATX power supply system (controlled by a voltage regulator). So the ATX system would be an approximate testing system... not an exact one. ..
