here you can see the wave forms i get out of my modified lawton circuit. stan meyers pulse train is in there. i have 11 frequency selections on both selector switches plus i have a voltage regulator..... this circuit controls another circuit. the oscilliscope you see can be bought on ebay from china for less than 30 dollars. some work is involved to use it www.docstoc.com
