LM317T Voltage Regulator with Pass Transistor

SOME NOTES: These are just a few tips I found as I designed the circuit for the car. I hope it saves people some of the headache I had to go through. -Voltage Regulators [5v adjustable = LM318C] [12v adjustable = LM317C] if you do not have them already. -- You will need two resistors for the Voltage regulators. I recommend using 200ohms for the first resistor, and a 1k potentiometer for the second one. --Here is the data sheet "www.national.com/ds/LM/LM117.pdf" -Almost all of the parts came from Radio Shack (Even battery cases)
