Easy-to-use SIMPLE SWITCHER power modules feature a new innovative package, and delivers best-in-class EMI and thermal performance. The modules provide high efficiency over a wide input voltage and load current range and are pin-to-pin compatible for different load currents. The LMZ-series power modules integrate a shielded inductor with synchronous DC-DC step-down topology in an easy-to-use package. The power modules provide the efficiency of a synchronous switching regulator with the simplicity of a linear regulator, eliminating the external inductor and layout placement challenges typical of switching regulator designs.
